CyberCheck EU
Terms of Service
These terms govern CyberCheck EU external security assessments.
Authorisation
By submitting a domain, you confirm that you own it or have authority from the owner to request a non-intrusive external security assessment. Do not submit third-party domains without permission.
Service scope
CyberCheck EU examines publicly observable security signals. The service is not a penetration test, vulnerability guarantee, compliance certification, legal opinion or managed security service.
Packages
Basic provides the external assessment and practical recommendations. Plus adds enhanced remediation guidance and prioritisation. Pro adds the most detailed action plan and one follow-up external recheck after the customer has implemented improvements, subject to reasonable service limits.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for checking recommendations before changing production systems, maintaining backups, and using qualified technical support where a change could affect availability or security.
Availability and limitations
Internet conditions, DNS propagation, third-party services and transient configuration can affect results. Findings reflect what was observable at assessment time and cannot guarantee that a system is secure or will remain secure.
