CyberCheck EU
Privacy Policy
This notice explains how CyberCheck EU handles personal data supplied when you contact us or order an assessment.
Data we process
We may process your name or company name, business email address, submitted domain, payment/order identifiers, assessment results and support correspondence. Payment-card or PayPal credentials are handled by the payment provider and are not requested by CyberCheck EU.
Why we process it
We process order information to provide the requested service, communicate about the assessment, maintain transaction and security records, handle support, and comply with applicable legal obligations. Where processing is necessary to deliver an order, the legal basis is performance of the contract; other processing may rely on legal obligations or legitimate interests where applicable.
Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably required for service delivery, support, accounting, security and legal obligations. Report and order records should be periodically reviewed and deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.
Processors and transfers
CyberCheck EU uses service providers necessary to operate the service, including hosting, email and payment providers. Their own terms and privacy safeguards apply. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, appropriate safeguards should be used where required.
